Who we are
Originally from the UK, Damian owns & continues to practice grass-roots medicine in NSW. He is the founder & driving-force behind Property Clinic, having sunk substantial personal-investment into the project:
“When I arrived in Australia as a GP, I was shocked by the cutthroat behaviour in property here. The industry’s ethical standards do not match the sincere investment hard-working people put into their homes, and this did not sit well with me.
I began to wonder why the values I live & breathe when dealing with people’s health - integrity, transparency & a focus on ‘client-problem solving’ - should not be just as applicable to all of our personal property wealth too?
Why other members of my team might stress the importance of easing Australia's housing crisis, or being mindful of our unique ecology, my ‘sales pitch’ for Property Clinic is very simple: That familiar phrase “Trust me, I’m a Doctor”? - we are making “Trust me I’m a Property Developer” a Thing too, one deal at a time!
…and the Team
The Property Clinic team has a number of moving parts.
Damian is ably assisted by his business-partner, with their knowledge of the project-approval process & organisational ‘back-office’ functions, to keep things moving smoothly.
We are also part of a network of businesses quietly doing similar work across Australia - a Brain’s Trust of shared ideas, experience & successes. So when you come on board with Property Clinic, you are directly benefitting from this network-effect - we are not doing anything uniquely ‘peculiar’, but working ‘smart’, to a better model.
Lastly, we have substantial financial & advisory backing in the development of our projects from a group that has never failed to get development approval (DA) in 16 years of doing projects. This is the ‘muscle’ behind Property Clinic, that gives us the capacity to confidently deal with Councils, your wider community & the legal due process.
This should give you confidence! While Property Clinic is designed to be personal, approachable & work on your behalf - we are not ‘dreamers’. There is a lot going on in the background, with strength-in-depth.
