Introducing Damian
Originally from the UK, Damian owns & continues to practice grass-roots medicine in NSW.
“When I arrived in Australia as a GP, I was shocked by the cutthroat behaviour in property here. The industry’s ethical standards do not match the sincere investment of hard-work that people put into their homes, and this does not sit well with me.
As a doctor I began wondering if the Values I live and breathe when dealing with people’s health - for example integrity, transparency and a focus on ‘client-problem solving’ - were just as applicable to the equally important matter of their Wealth?
Doing the Right Thing seems a long way down the priority-list for the usual ‘Property Crowd’. Property Clinic was born from a desire to redress this, to Do Better.”

Being raised in Sweden gives Malin a natural affinity for environmental issues. Her expertise as an Environmental Consultant includes Building Permitting & Renewable Energy projects.
“We all know the Australian property market is broken & really needs some new ideas, if the current housing crisis is going to be eased. Carefully increasing property-density both protects our precious, unspoilt nature & provides more affordable-housing where it is desperately needed.
The Swedish word ‘Lagom’ expresses ‘something that is just right; no more of less than you need’. Our work of rewarding those with the space to develop housing-density with an above market-value sale, while providing ‘lagom’ homes that do not compromise on quality for everyone else, really appeals to me.”
